Government Procurement – A 3-hour workshop that guides business owners through the process of the becoming government contractors. The US government alone spends more than $350 billion annually on various products and services. Contracts from $2,500 up to $100,000 must be set aside for small businesses, yet many small companies are reluctant to pursue this market because they just don’t know how to access it. You will receive assistance in completing the steps needed to sell products and services to federal, state, and local governments.

Sequoyah Fund and Cherokee Business Development work together with other partners in the community to provide a range of technical assistance and training services in all aspects of business development—business planning, financial management, budgeting, financial projections, marketing, and more.

We also assist businesses in obtaining loan capital. And if a loan from Sequoyah Fund is what you need, we guide you through the process of completing an application. Training is a pre-requisite for most Sequoyah Fund loan products.
